r/loseit – My slow progress!

I've been overweight my whole life, and I've gone from 180lbs to 145lbs back and forth a few times. I finally feel like I'm getting it now. I've been slowly loosing weight by watching what I eat and how much I eat. Basically CICO, and I don't deprive myself of cravings. I'm 5'3" and I've been sticking to a 1200 calorie or below diet. I will admit I do break my 1200 limit on my weekends off (every other weekend) with alcohol, but I try to stay under 1600 even on those days. I'm genuinely enjoying loosing weight. I know that is a strange statement, but it's true.

Anyways, I wanted to share my progress pic with this community. You guys have kept me going during my weak days. Also I was really feeling myself this morning!

Pic on the right is when I weighed 167lbs, pic on the left is this morning at 152.4lbs. I had to switch pants because the grey ones do not fit me anymore. My ultimate goal weight is 125lbs! Wish me luck please!

Also ignore my guinea pig cage in the background XD. Spoiled piggies.
