Another strong week for activity. Continuing to see some great numbers from folks. We’re up over 4000 pounds lost together too. Nearly a whole Giraffe!

This week head to head GOES BIG. We’re forming 2 superteams to battle it out head to head. I’ve balanced these teams based on the week 5 numbers (They would have almost tied in both steps and minutes).

NOTE: Each week begins on a Friday, so you will have until the following Friday at 12:00 EST (when the next week is posted) to complete your weigh-in. You can weigh in multiple times during the week but only your most recent entry will be recorded on the tracker.

  • July 3rd – Signups open

  • July 10th – Week 0, Establish challenge goals, signups open through end of week

  • July 17th – Week 1, Head to Head battles begin, Signups are closed

  • July 24th – Week 2

  • July 31st – Week 3

  • August 7th – Week 4

  • August 14th – Week 5

  • August 21st – Week 6

  • August 28th – Week 7, Last Head to Head Battle
